A towering achievement

The luxurious high-rise condominium, Turnberry Place Towers, in Las Vegas.

Rinker Materials Nevada Region was recently honoured with a "Bestof 2003" award by Southwest Contractor magazine for work on the Turnberry Place Towers in Las Vegas. The mammoth project's win was based on design, construction, innovation, and overall excellence.

The project, a residential development that has quickly become the epitome of luxurious high-rise condominium living, was named "OutstandingConcrete Project" in the December 2003 issue of Southwest Contractor.

Situated on 15 acres (6 hectares) just off the famed Las Vegas Strip, Turnberry Place combines luxury estate residences with spacious floor plans, resort amenities, personal services and the social facilities of a private club. To date, three of the four 40-story buildings have been completed. Reinforced concrete framing played a key role in the success of the project.

Turnberry Place offers 10 floor plans that range from 1,550 sq ft (144m2) to more than 8,000 sq ft (743m2). Private entry elevators lead directly into the foyer of each spacious residence. Each unit provides spectacular views of the mountains and the Strip.
